Lately, both proficiency and conceptual literature on the capacity building have increased. As a result, this evaluation takes a capacity-building strategy in order to learn more about the specific application of organizational development knowledge.

This case study is based on capacity-building research in the development, social policy, and philanthropy domains, as well as quality management literature, which includes resources from the public and private sectors, as well as individual, group, organizational, inter-organizational, and sector levels.

The emphasis of capacity building in the cultural and professional domains is on capacity building, particularly in the social and organizational domains, because they are particularly well-suited to the overall economic era of social change. It mentions how capacity development is wrapped up in an organization, but also the unique problem of growing capacity on a big social scale.

It collects enormous collections of data as a targeted evaluation in order to strengthen the capacity of these funds and to be useful for those determining their capacities to achieve change and social change.
